Our Story

Blue Peak Air Conditioning, LLC was built for Tampa homeowners who want AC experts at the peak of their game.

Our company is led by Michael Smith and Brad Ellender. They first met in 2005 while working as superintendents for one of the largest home builders in the country. That kind of work teaches you pretty quickly that details matter.

Before Blue Peak launched in 2009, Mike and Brad built their experience through residential remodels, and large renovation projects. Their background includes 70+ commercial renovation projects, 5,000+ apartment renovations, and 100+ custom home builds or major residential renovations.
